Rhealyn is a high-impact Transformation Architect with over a decade of experience driving large-scale technology and operational transitions. Her career has been defined by a commitment to precision, efficiency, and ethical innovation.With a Master of Science in Leadership, Innovation, and Technology, Rhealyn possesses a rigorous academic foundation in scaling tech-driven enterprises. This strategic expertise is backed by an elite suite of global certifications:

  • Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC6): Leading Lean-Agile transformations at scale.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) & PMP®: Driving world-class operational efficiency and project governance.

Bridging Industry and Academy

Beyond her work at Flowpoint Systems, Rhealyn serves as a Lecturer in Digital Ethics and Sustainability at the Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT). In this role, she sits at the forefront of the “Green Transition,” bridging the gap between high-level innovation strategy and the ethical governance required for the modern enterprise.

Under her leadership, Flowpoint Systems is developing The Impact Engine, a proprietary SaaS platform designed to automate P5 sustainability assessments and empower project leaders to deliver audit-ready ESG insights in real-time.
